Our client is a trusted Australian manufacturer of a key food ingredient supplying major retailers, foodservice partners, and industrial customers Nationwide. With a strong reputation for quality and reliability, we are looking for a confident and hands-on Customer Service Team Leader to support our continued growth.

In this role, you will guide a capable and experienced team, oversee end-to-end order management, and ensure customers receive exceptional service every time. 

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Customer Service team.
  • Oversee the full order lifecycle from order receipt to delivery and invoicing.
  • Manage escalated issues with professionalism and customer focus.
  • Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Planning and Distribution teams.
  • Report on key service metrics including DIFOT, order accuracy, and response times.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years' experience in customer service within FMCG, food, or manufacturing.
  • 2+ years leading a customer service or order management team.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient with ERP systems and intermediate Excel capability.
  • A calm, organised and solutions-focused leader who enjoys developing people
