About The Role
The Clinical Lead - Oral Health provides clinical leadership and professional support across the oral health program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality oral health care within a public dental environment.

This position dedicates three days per week to clinical service delivery and two days to leadership, education, workforce development, and service improvement.

Your Duties Include

• Provide professional leadership and coaching to the Oral Health team to ensure safe, evidence based, high quality care
• Mentor and coach oral health practitioners, and supervise and support the senior dental assistants
• Drive efficient, client-centred care
• Foster innovation and partnerships that support research, evidence-based practice and service innovation

Our Ideal Candidate

• Tertiary qualifications and current AHPRA registration as a Dentist
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills across multi-disciplinary oral health teams
• Advanced clinical competence and experience in managing complex clients
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
