We have an outstanding leadership role for an exceptional senior leader to manage the home and residents with compassion, comfort and dignity.

About the role:

You will be accountable for the clinical and operational management of the home, maintaining high occupancy levels and leading a truly passionate and dedicated team committed to delivering high quality, safe and caring resident experiences.

About you:

  • Degree in Nursing with current AHPRA registration
  • Significant experience as a Residential Manager in Aged Care highly desirable
  • Proven success in growing and maintaining high occupancy
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety and a broad knowledge of ANACC and Accreditation
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, develop and inspire staff
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Respect, empathy and a passion for aged care
