We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to assist clients with disabilities, aged care needs, and mental health challenges.

What You'll Need :

  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Home & Community Care, or Mental Health
  • Prior experience in the industry
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence
  • Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
  • Working with Children Check for paid employment
  • National Police Check
  • NDIS Check
  • Smartphone with internet access and ability to use rostering apps

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support with daily living activities such as personal care, hygiene, grooming, and meal assistance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients.
  • Assist individuals with high physical needs and/or behaviours of concern, following support and behaviour management plans.
  • Follow all safety procedures including manual handling and infection control practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports in line with policies and legislation.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
