Here at **Sanctuary Community & Care Services** we take pride in getting the best outcomes for our clients. We understand the challenges of gaining Access to NDIS and navigating your NDIS plan. Participants can entrust with their Support Coordination, In-Home Care, Support Worker and Community Access needs. We assist participants to build their capacity within their home and community.

**About the Role**

You'll need to be compassionate, empathetic and a detail orientated individual who possess strong listening and communication skills to be successful.

As a Support Worker you could be working in people's homes and/or in the community and may help with tasks such as mobility, eating and drinking, personal care or accessing the community.

Duties and responsibilities of a Support Worker are unique and varied because those we support have unique needs. Whilst this can be a diverse role, the focus is always on supporting a person to lead a fulfilling and more independent life.

**Must Haves**
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Check (Essential)
- Valid Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Essential)
- Valid Australian work rights
- Open Driver's Licence, reliable car & insurance
- Some sort of experience in Nursing, Disability Home Care, Aged Care and/or Community Work is an advantage

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $29.00 - $36.00 per hour

- Bexley, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
