Currently recruiting several vacancies across many locations in and around South - Western Sydney, NSW. All roles recruited require an **IMMEDIATE START **and must be available and flexible to be incorporated within an existing functional roster that spans across morning, afternoon and over night shifts, in both home and community access disability care.

**As a successful applicant you MUST have the following as a minimum requirement.**
- Valid Driver’s License & your own road safe vehicle
- Valid National Police Check
- Valid Working with Children check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance
- Minimum of Certificate IV/ Diploma in Disability Support, Aged Care support, Community Services or Nursing qualifications
- All updated NDIS certifications as per NDIS Quality and Safeguards website

As a Disability Support Worker your duties may vary pending on the care needs of the participant. Your duties & responsibilities can include but are not limited to,
- **LOW LEVEL CARE**_
- Personal Care - showering, grooming, and attending to all needs that optimise all personal hygiene.
- Meal preparation
- General domestic assistance
- Community access & participation
- Medication assistance through prompting and monitoring
- Manual handling, wheelchair assistance
- **MED - HIGH LEVEL CARE**_
- Extensive tracheostomy and ventilation care
- Medication administration
- Diabetes management - insulin injections, blood glucose monitoring and management, diet management
- Epilepsy/seizure Management
- Complex bowel care, catheter care, colostomy care
- Peg or tube feeding
- Managing challenging behaviours
- Extensive manual handling using slings, lifters, hoists, pelican belts, slide sheets/ boards

**Currently recruiting multiple vacancies in the following locations.**
- **Greenacre **(Weekday - Afternoon and School holiday shifts available)
- **Roselands - **(Weekday & Weekend - Afternoon and School holiday shifts available, as well as inactive overnight shifts.)
- **Punchbowl **(Weekday - spanning across morning, day and afternoon shifts available, some weekend shifts available)
- **Bexley North **(Weekday - Morning, afternoon and limited active overnight shifts available)
- **Edensor Park **(Weekday shifts - Morning and inactive overnights)

If successful, you will be allocated on-going shifts as part of rotating rosters with on-going career development support. _Must be available for minimum 2hr shifts._ All vacancies are for Casual with the opportunity to transition to Permanent Part Time.
