**Position Overview**

The client is currently studying for a **library certification** and requires **tailored employment support** to address workplace communication challenges and accessibility needs due to a neurological and musculoskeletal condition.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide **career coaching** to enhance the client’s workplace confidence and communication skills.
- Develop **job-seeking strategies** that accommodate the client’s physical limitations and reduce the risk of burnout.
- Guide the client through **understanding employer expectations, workplace culture, and professional communication**.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Relevant Background**: Experience in **employment coaching, career support, or library services** is highly desirable.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Ability to assist in developing workplace confidence and navigating professional interactions.
- **Disability Awareness**: Understanding of physical accessibility barriers and strategies to support flexible working conditions.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to tailor career strategies to the client’s individual goals and challenges.
- **Professionalism & Reliability**: Committed to providing structured, outcome-focused support.

- **Days and Hours**: Flexible, based on client requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Current **National Police Check**.
- **Working With Children Check** (Blue Card).
- **NDIS Worker Screening Check**:

- **First Aid/CPR Certification**:

- **Certificate I I I In Disability Or Mental Health or Equivalent**:

- Driver’s license and access to a reliable fully insured vehicle (preferred).
- Experience in **career coaching, employment services, disability support, or related fields**.
- Background in **library services, administration, or education** (preferred).
