About this role St Andrews Hospital is undergoing a technology transformation. With new leadership comes a fresh approach and we're seeking an ICT Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex ICT projects from initiation to completion, implementing innovative technology solutions that enhance patient care and hospital operations. You will manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and evaluation, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. Working closely with clinical, corporate, ICT, and external stakeholders, you will ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing infrastructure. This hands-on leadership role suits a proactive, collaborative professional passionate about using technology to drive positive change in a dynamic healthcare environment.
About You You're an experienced ICT project manager who thrives on delivering results in a complex, fast-paced environment. You bring strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, and can translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience leading and delivering ICT projects in a healthcare environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in project governance, risk management, and change management.
- Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline (preferred).
- Certification in a recognised project management methodology (PRINCE2, PMBOK, etc.) (essential).
- Experience engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders, including vendors.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience working within health sector or hospital environment.
- Understanding of contemporary ICT infrastructure, clinical applications, and desktop solutions.
