ICT Team Lead

**Job Summary:**

We seek a seasoned IT professional to oversee our ICT operations. This role requires a strong background in project management, procurement, and information technology projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain high-quality ICT services through effective monitoring and timely implementation of actions to sustain or enhance service levels.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for systems with service providers, including communication of upgrades and outages, testing, implementation, and escalation channels.
  • Manage network administration for a small to medium-sized ICT environment.
  • Collaborate with external third-party vendors under government ICT contracted services.

**Ideal Skillset:**

  • Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies.
  • Experience working within ICT in the South Australian Government sector.
  • Knowledge of the South Australian Cyber Security Framework and assessment of compliance to the Toolkit.
