Job Overview:

The Electoral Commission is expanding its team to plan and deliver one of the state's largest logistical events, the 2026 State election.

We are seeking a Program Manager ICT to direct, lead, and manage critical ICT projects to support preparation for and delivery of the State and Local Government elections in 2026.

This role requires leading complex programs of work, managing high-quality project delivery, motivating teams, and ensuring employees have the knowledge to perform their jobs well.

Critical relationships with clients, stakeholders, and staff must be managed, including incident, change, and problem management activities across the business.

The selected candidate will work on a temporary term basis up to 2 years, requiring security clearance and strict neutrality.
