We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our juice bar.

About the Role

The Store Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of store operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business. This includes supervising staff, maintaining quality standards, managing stock, and driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance and service standards.
  • Plan and coordinate staff rosters, ensuring adequate coverage during operating hours.
  • Monitor product quality, hygiene, and food safety compliance in accordance with health regulations.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to minimise waste and shortages.
  • Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Prepare and review daily sales reports, budgets, and cost controls.
  • Implement marketing promotions and seasonal campaigns to increase store traffic and sales.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and increased profitability.
  • Support business planning and contribute ideas for growth and customer engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail, café, or food & beverage management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of stock management, cash handling, and POS systems.
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays if required.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining a high standard of customer service.
