About the Role

Located in Falcon Grove Shopping Centre, just 10 minutes from Mandurah, Miami Bakehouse Falcon is a community favourite known for our award-winning coffee, freshly baked pastries, and friendly service. As Store Manager, you'll inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales growth, manage costs effectively, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps people coming back. With plenty of autonomy and support from our wider business, you'll have the chance to shape the store's success every day.

This is a full-time position offering up to $80,000 per year plus performance bonuses of up to $800 per month (regularly achieved by current managers). Shifts finish by 5pm, and you'll enjoy one day off each weekend – giving you genuine work-life balance.

About You

You're a hands-on, results-driven leader with proven experience in retail or hospitality management. You have a passion for customer service, the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams, and the confidence to deliver on sales and operational goals. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are a must, along with the energy and enthusiasm to inspire others.
