You will manage daily operations, inspire your team, ensure exceptional customer service, and actively contribute to the growth and success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and mentor staff to foster skill growth, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead and motivate a dedicated team to provide outstanding customer experiences.
  • Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, food preparation, staffing, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Drive sales, profitability, and overall store performance through strategic planning and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous managerial experience in hospitality or retail environments.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety standards in food service.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekend availability.
