We design, source and distribute bespoke team kits, licensed merchandise and performance wear—combining product design, supply chain and channel sales to outfit teams at scale.

Head of Teamwear Sales

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the national teamwear sales strategy across B2B channels (clubs, schools, leagues, retail and distributors) to hit revenue, margin and market-share targets.
  • Lead, coach and grow a high-performing sales team—set KPIs, run regular performance reviews, and embed a disciplined quota and pipeline cadence.
  • Manage and expand key accounts and strategic partnerships; negotiate commercial terms, annual contracts and licensing agreements.
  • Define pricing, discounting and promotional strategies for seasonal launches and bespoke team programs to optimise margin and sell-through.
  • Partner with Product, Design and Supply Chain to deliver customised team kits on time—overseeing order fulfilment, quality checks and ramp-up for peak seasons.
  • Represent the business at industry events and trade shows, develop channel pipelines, and provide accurate sales forecasting and market insights to leadership.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

  • 7+ years in sales within sports apparel, teamwear or closely related categories, with minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven B2B sales success across the Australian market—experience selling to clubs, schools, leagues, retailers or distributors with measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Strong negotiation skills, commercial acumen and demonstrable P&L or margin responsibility.
  • CRM-driven sales management (Salesforce or equivalent), pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—able to influence designers, suppliers and retail partners.
  • Ability to travel interstate as required and a valid driver's licence.

Preferred

  • Established network within Australian sporting clubs, school sport administrators or licensing partners.
  • Experience with customisation workflows, product development or apparel supply-chain operations.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent industry experience.
