Key Objectives


• Drive growth across home support services, initially in Victoria and subsequently across a wider geographic footprint.


• Lead and grow a high-performing sales and marketing team.

Responsibilities


• Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies.


• Identify new market opportunities and partnerships.


• Oversee brand development, digital campaigns, and community engagement.


• Collaborate with executive leadership to align commercial goals with care outcomes.


• Monitor performance metrics and optimize for impact.
