About the Role

This versatile role provides the opportunity to play a pivotal part in
sales portal management
, targeted
marketing campaigns
,
EA support
for two Directors, and day-to-day
administration
. You'll directly support the greater administration and sales team, ensuring projects are
executed seamlessly
and our brand remains a hallmark of
quality
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage internet sales portals, including REA, Domain, and Marshall White websites for new off-the-plan projects.
  • Coordinate and update marketing campaigns, EDMs/SMSs, display suite set-up, and all promotional material.
  • Executive Assistant duties for Directors: diary management, correspondence, and document preparation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimise CRM/database management and client engagement.
  • Support the administration team with submissions, Statements of Information, client gifting, and general marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance with project marketing branding across all platforms.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in real estate, development projects, or property marketing. Project marketing, campaign management, sales portal administration, and executive support are highly regarded skills. Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, CRM expertise, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
