This is a 4 year apprenticeship including 3 years at TAFE working on commercial premises.

About the Role:

You will be trained in maintaining and caring for lawn at sporting grounds and parks in commercial premises.  Most work is in western and south western Sydney.

Hours are Monday – Friday 7am – 3pm, this may vary.  Some overtime may be required on Saturdays and/or Sundays after probation.

Overtime rates will apply.

Duties and Training:

· Installation and maintenance of irrigation systems

· Mowing with ride on

· Spraying weeds

· Fertilizing lawns

· Garden maintenance

Benefits:

· Full time plus overtime

· No TAFE fees

· TAFE is paid work day

Skills and Requirements:

· Drivers licence (not 'L's)

· Own transport

· White card

· Genuine interest in Horticulture
