Key responsibilities

  • Oversee completion of construction handover and horticultural maintenance
  • Operate mowers, brush cutters, blowers, and other horticultural tools
  • Perform planting, mulching, pruning, weeding, fertilising, and pest control
  • Plan daily workflows and manage team tasks safely and efficiently
  • Complete site paperwork including pre-starts, reports, and SWMS
  • Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and professional site presence
  • Maintain and troubleshoot irrigation systems
  • Monitor plant and soil health, applying treatments as needed
  • Assist with seasonal planting and minor landscape updates
  • Conduct site inspections and enforce WHS procedures

What will you need

  • Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks and Gardens (Advantageous)
  • Driver's licence (Manual or Automatic)
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
