Position Overview
Join our purpose-built Schofields service, catering for 120 children across six beautiful learning rooms. As a Certificate III Assistant Educator, you'll support your Room Leader and fellow educators in delivering engaging, high-quality programs that nurture curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child.

Responsibilities

  • Support educators in delivering exciting, play-based learning experiences.

  • Build nurturing and respectful relationships with children and families.

  • Assist with daily routines, activities, and care needs in your room.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging learning environment.

  • Contribute ideas to program planning and learning activities.

  • Follow all health, safety, and compliance procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)

  • Current Working with Children Check

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)

  • Child Protection training/certificate (or willingness to obtain)

  • Positive, team-focused attitude and strong communication skills

  • Passion for working with children and supporting their development
