About the Role

We're looking for a Videographer to join Swan Studio's growing production team and take ownership of visual content creation across 30+ brands. This is a high-velocity role where you'll be shooting multiple times per week, from polished studio setups to authentic UGC-style content to dynamic on-location shoots. You'll work directly with our Creative Strategists to transform performance-driven concepts into compelling visuals that drive real business results.

This isn't just an execution role, we need a creative problem-solver with an exceptional eye who elevates briefs while keeping the edit and conversion goals front of mind. This is a part-time role for three days a week, with the potential to increase to a full-time position.

What You'll Be Doing

• Shoot high-quality photo and video content across multiple brands and industries, with several shoots per week in a fast-paced production environment
• Lead both studio shoots and on-location productions, setting up lighting, camera, and sound to professional standards
• Capture UGC-style content that feels authentic while maintaining technical excellence
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists to turn their vision into powerful visuals
• Shoot with the edit in mind, making intentional decisions that streamline post-production
• Provide creative input and critical thinking throughout the production process
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail across all aspects of production, from composition to lighting to audio quality
• Work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple projects and tight turnaround times
• Own and maintain production equipment, ensuring everything is camera-ready for each shoot
• Stay current with emerging trends in social video production and direct response creative

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional videography experience, ideally within social media, advertising, or digital content production
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual taste, technical proficiency, and range across different shooting styles (studio, UGC, lifestyle, on-location)
• Proficient with Sony DSLR cameras and comfortable shooting on iPhone
• Strong working knowledge of lighting setups, camera operation, and audio capture
• Demonstrated ability to work at pace without sacrificing quality
• Experience in performance-driven or direct response content is highly valued
• Results-oriented mindset with an understanding of how visuals drive business outcomes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Critical thinker who brings creative solutions and elevates briefs with your expertise

• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for location shoots
