We are currently seeking a
Recruitment Consultant
to join our
Brisbane CBD
team and a
Team Leader
to join our
Morningside
team
.

The important parts:

  • Full-time hybrid roles (WFH and flexible arrangements available)
  • Competitive salary + quarterly commissions

Recruitment Consultant (CBD office):

  • Blue collar, labour hire servicing SEQ
  • New business development and growing existing client accounts
  • Building excellent long-term client relationships
  • Sourcing suitable candidates for all jobs through a variety of platforms
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with candidates through candidate care initiatives

Team Leader (Morningside office):

  • Lead small team focussing on blue collar labour hire
  • Drive culture and people leadership
  • New business development and growing existing client accounts
  • End to end recruitment
  • Financial responsibility which will develop into P&L ownership

What you'll bring:

  • Previous recruitment experience, within blue collar
  • A natural ability to build relationships and confidently engage with a wide range of people
  • Strong prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional customer service, high energy, and a motivated, positive attitude
  • Team-oriented, values-driven, and committed to delivering quality outcomes
