About the Role

We're seeking a talented and high-performing Dental Assistant to join our friendly team in North Sydney Monday to Friday, with every alternate Friday off (9-day fortnight).

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with our experienced clinicians to deliver exceptional patient care across general dentistry and orthodontics—with a strong focus on creating positive, relaxed experiences for children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Chairside assisting across a range of dental treatments (preventive, restorative, orthodontic)
  • Preparing samples for oral microbiome testing for viewing under a microscope (training provided)
  • Assisting with clinical photography and case documentation
  • Working within a fully digital workflow
  • Maintaining best-practice infection control and sterilisation protocols
  • Managing clinical supplies, stock, and equipment maintenance
  • Daily housekeeping and assisting with administrative and general practice duties as needed
