Are you a confident, friendly, and passionate Dental Receptionist with assistant background ready to join a close-knit, high-energy team? We are looking for an extra 'all rounder' team member who can be on-call to assist should we need a dental assistant or receptionist to help should staff be on leave.

At **Diviach Dental**, we’re on the lookout for a caring professional who thrives on delivering outstanding service, showcasing their skills, and connecting with patients through exceptional communication.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Assist experienced general dentists** in providing top-quality dental care across all aspects of general dentistry.
- **Handle payments effortlessly** using D4W software, HICAPS, EFTPOS, and CDBS processing.
- **Manage patient appointments** - schedule, confirm, and coordinate bookings while keeping doctors informed.
- **Allocate payments** to debtors as they come in to maintain smooth financial operations.
- **Minimal cleaning duties** to ensure a tidy and welcoming clinic.
- **Receive orders and conduct inventory checks** to keep our practice running smoothly.

**About You**:

- Must have experience with D4W software & dental assisting for basic procedures
- You’re eager to learn and grow in a supportive and cutting-edge environment
- You have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality dental care

**Hours**
- Monday-Thursdays 9am-5pm and Fridays 8.30am-2.30pm
- 1-hour lunch break
