Dentique is a boutique dental practice located in North Sydney. We have been specializing in general, cosmetic, and preventative dentistry for over 20 years.

**About the role**

We are seeking a Dental Assistant to join our fun and friendly team 2 days per week, NO WEEKENDS OR LATE NIGHTS. This role will suit someone who enjoys interacting with people, who is reliable, well presented, has a warm and friendly personality and is proactive. The position will include:

- Prepare patients & surgery room for dental treatment
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our dentists
- Maintain infection control standards and procedures
- Sterilizing instruments
- Restocking the surgeries
- General maintenance and cleaning of the practice
- Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
- High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner

**Skills and experience**

To be considered for this position you must:

- Have a keen eye for detail
- Have exceptional communication skills and a professional manner
- Be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- A strong emphasis on providing exceptional patient care and the ability to build rapport with patients
- Adopt a mature and professional approach to all tasks, showcasing effective organizational skills.

Rate of pay/salary to be discussed based on hours and experience.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Dental assisting: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
