We are seeking a Casual Forklift Operator to join us at our Leeton Processing Facility.

The Forklift Operator role is a key position at the Leeton Processing Facility. This role is primarily responsible for operating forklifts within the factory and yard. Working within a fast paced team environment, this role performs manual handling tasks as required.

This will be an afternoon shift postion.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Hold a current forklift licence
• Be committed to safety
• Dedicated to food safety and quality
• Available to work weekends and shift work
• Willing to perform work outdoors if required
• Be flexible to work in other areas of the factory as required
• Demonstrate a high attention to detail
• Demonstrate ability to perform manual handling tasks
• Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment
• Previous experience operating forklifts

What You Should Know About Our Operations

Our business is widespread, growing walnuts and almonds in the Riverina Region in New South Wales, pecans in Moree and macadamias, avocados, and mangoes in Bundaberg, Queensland. In addition to fruit and nut growing, we also operate apiaries located in Temora, Nowra and Dubbo.

Off the paddock, we operate nut processing and packing facilities in Leeton, Toowoomba and Bundaberg as well as fruit packing and processing in Bundaberg. In addition, our shared services teams (Finance, Sales, ESG, Safety and People & Culture) are located across all of our sites as well as the Brisbane, Melbourne and Griffith offices.
