The Role

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who has a love of homewares and trends to join our team full-time on a 10-month contract (with potential for longer).

If you love variety, this role has your name all over it. You'll get to do it all — designing artwork that lands on real products, creating packaging that stands out, styling lookbooks that inspire, and crafting EDMs that drive sales. Every day brings something new, and you'll see your creativity come to life in stores across Australia.

You'll:

  • Collaborate with the product team to translate trends and ranges into compelling design
  • Create packaging that stands out on retail shelves
  • Design weekly EDMs (via Mailchimp) that inspire and sell
  • Process and prepare images for eCommerce
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials
  • Work independently or collaboratively to bring concepts to life — from idea to final artwork
  • Support additional design needs across the company as required

Tools of the trade: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign on Mac.

About You

You're a proactive, detail-oriented designer who excels at managing your time and priorities. You take direction with ease, adapt seamlessly to shifting needs, and thrive in collaborative environments—creating work that is both visually striking and commercially effective.

You'll bring:

  • A degree in Graphic/Communication Design (or relevant experience)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in graphic design
  • A strong portfolio across digital & print, including EDMs, catalogues, and showroom/trade-fair signage
  • Demonstrated experience in packaging design — including dielines, print-ready artwork, and pre-press fundamentals (CMYK/spot/Pantone, bleed)
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, written, and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment
  • A background or interest in homewares, design trends, or retail (highly regarded)
