A growing retail E-commerce company is seeking a Social media Marketing Specialist to help company effectively promote the products and services, drive traffic and sales through social media, and ultimately drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creating and implementing a company's social media marketing strategy.
- Identifying and targeting relevant audiences on social media platforms
- Analysing and determining which products are suitable for which social media platforms
- Developing and publishing content on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok etc.
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns, using metrics such as likes, comments, and shares to assess their effectiveness and make adjustments as needed
- Engaging with followers and customers on social media, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Analyzing data to determine the effectiveness of different marketing campaigns
- Collaborating with other team member, to ensure that social media efforts are integrated with overall business objectives and strategies

Your Experience, Skills and Education:

- Have at least 1-2 years of experience in a role with social media, marketing and content creation exposure
- Ability to determine which products are suitable for which social media platforms
- Be familiar with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, and be able to demonstrate their knowledge through the development of a comprehensive social media strategy
- Writing and reviewing content for our website, social media pages, and public communications
- Be highly proficient with content creation for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Highly proficient with graphic design with tools such as Canva and Adobe Suite
- Significant experience in photography and video creation for reels, posts and other social media advertising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of Google SEO and SEM products
- a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is often preferred

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 - 30 per week

**Salary**: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
