We're expanding our network of dedicated Disability Support Workers across Victoria (and beyond) to support our partner organisations in delivering exceptional, person-centred care.

About the role

You'll be providing high-quality support to participants with disabilities, promoting independence, inclusion, and meaningful daily experiences. Opportunities include casual, part-time, and potential ongoing work depending on client needs and preferences.

We're looking for:

  • Experienced and compassionate support workers
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive approach
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
  • Certificate III (or higher) in Disability, Community Services, or equivalent
  • Proof of vaccination (including flu and COVID-19)
  • Reliable transport and willingness to travel if needed
