**Key Responsibilities include**:
Provide expert advice to the Chief Finance Officer in matters relating to clinical classification that impact on Activity Based Funding and other priority areas for the management and provision of services within the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service.
Lead and manage the overall strategic and operational planning and development of the Clinical Coding function and assist in the execution of departmental strategies and plans to enhance the service.
Lead and manage all functions of the Clinical Coding Service to ensure a quality, effective, efficient, and risk-managed service.
