: $86,165 - $91,432 per annum plus superannuation

We are looking for a motivated People and Culture Advisor to join our team. You will step into a key role supporting employees and managers across the full employee life cycle – ensuring a positive experience for our people while maintaining compliance and best practice.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of HR processes, excellent problem solving skills and be confident working with range of different people across all levels within the organisation.

This is a 12-month parental leave cover offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive P&C environment.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Be a trusted first point of contact for employee and manager queries
• Provide practical advice on policies, performance and employment conditions
• Manage key employment processes such as employment contracts and offboarding
• Monitor compliance across contracts, visa requirements, probations and other required employee checks
• Collaborate with the broader People & Culture team to deliver tailored people solutions

What We Need From You

• 3 years' experience in a HR or People & Culture role
• Solid understanding of the Fair Work Act, Modern Award and Enterprise Agreements
• Strong written and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to handle and uphold confidentiality with maturity and common sense
• Confident in fostering relationships with stakeholders to provide trusted advice
