ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a passionate Scheduler / Service Coordinator to join the team in Malaga. Are you friendly, organised, and enthusiastic? This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Service Coordinator Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality customer service to our diverse clientele.

Your main responsibilities will include constant communication with customers, contractors, field technicians, suppliers, and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless service experience.

As a vital member of our operations team, you will primarily focus on scheduling and coordinating client service work requests, updating internal systems, and handling reporting and compliance-related tasks. This is a fast-paced, high-volume position where efficiency and attention to detail are crucial.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service:
   Answer client queries and technical questions with assistance from the Maintenance Manager. Follow up with customers for work orders/POs and reports.
• End-to-End Job Management & Scheduling:
   Handle the scheduling of all reactive and preventive maintenance job requests, manage job notes, service reports, timesheets, and invoice processing.
• Contractor Compliance:
   Ensure compliance according to specific work requirements and factor this into job time assessments.
• Continuous Monitoring:
   Keep track of each stage of the requested works to ensure scheduling remains on track.
• On-Call Roster Management:
   Schedule the rotating on-call roster for after-hours plumbing and gas emergencies.
• Procurement:
   Order parts/materials and liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.
• Quotations:
   Assist the Maintenance Manager with quoting on works where required.

Key requirements to be successful in the role:

• Minimum 2 years previous experience in similar role (Scheduling/Service Coordinating) is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided
• Experience within a similar service-based industry (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, air conditioning etc) and simPRO experience is considered highly advantegous, but not essential.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills. Someone who is able to build strong relationships and rapport with key stakeholders.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of the team with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

The remuneration package will reflect the accountabilities of this position and will be negotiated in line with experience and skills.
