About Us

All Purpose CALD Services Pty Ltd is a trusted NDIS-registered provider based in Coffs Harbour. We specialise in working with participants and families from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds, delivering culturally respectful, person-centred care.

The Role

We are currently looking for male and female Support Workers who are compassionate, reliable, and flexible. This role requires availability across a range of shifts, including day, evening, night, weekends, on-call, and sleepovers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred support in line with individual support plans
  • Assist with daily living tasks (personal care, meal preparation, household duties)
  • Support participants to attend appointments and engage in community activities
  • Encourage independence, life skills, and social participation
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
  • Work respectfully and inclusively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds

Essential Requirements

  • Experience working with people from different cultural backgrounds (essential)
  • Previous experience in disability, aged care, or community services (preferred)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working With Children Check
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (HLTAID011 & HLTAID009)
  • Current driver's licence & reliable insured vehicle
  • Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts (including on-call, nights, weekends, and sleepovers)
  • Strong communication, empathy, and professionalism

Desirable

  • Certificate III/IV in Disability, Community Services, or Aged Care
  • Experience with complex needs/behaviours of concern
  • Multi-lingual skills
