The RoleWe are seeking a Receptionist who is friendly, reliable, and professional. You will be the first point of contact for guests, managing reception duties with care and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and assist guests warmly
- Manage bookings, schedules, and payments
- Handle phone and walk-in inquiries professionally
- Support communication on social media (WeChat valued)
- Maintain a clean, organised reception area
- Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken)
- Hospitality/spa/wellness experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude
- Able to work 10-hour shifts, flexible availability
- Commitment to confidentiality and discretion
- $50 per hour
- Minimum 10 hours per shift guaranteed
- Supportive and professional team environment
