We are a well-established Australia-based construction and property-management group. With continuing growth of the businesses, we are integrating our accounting system to ERP and seeking an experienced, dedicated, and pro-active accountant to join our vibrant and busy finance team.

Position

The role is primarily involved with Accounting Functions including:

  • Prepare monthly financial statements,
  • Perform balance sheet accounts reconciliation and process adjustment journals,
  • Process monthly payroll,
  • Review recharge project costs and issue invoices to related entities/clients,
  • Work with project managers to review progress claims and
  • Process supplier invoices to ensure on-time payments,
  • Issue invoices to related entities/clients and manage the Accounts Receivable function,
  • Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

Profile

We are looking for a person with demonstrated experience in a similar role. Proficiencies in using NetSuite and advanced Excel skill are essential.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be:

  • Degree-qualified and with solid experience in accounting and administrative role,
  • With positive attitude and able to work well with the team,
  • With strong attention to details and accuracy in processing,
  • With strong time-management skills to complete tasks within established timelines, and
  • With good verbal and written communication skills.

Full-time Australian working rights (citizen, permanent resident, or unrestricted visa) are required for this position.
