We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team.
The role best suits someone who is self-driven, energetic and eager to develop their knowledge and skills across a broad range of HR functions. Based at our Wayville office in Adelaide, you'll provide HR support to projects across Australia, including the opportunity to travel to remote projects as required.
Role Responsibilities:
- End to end high volume recruitment & onboarding;
- Providing IR/ER advice and support as required;
- Drive the performance feedback process with managers;
- Support and coach managers across a range of HR activities including performance management, succession planning, talent and reward processes & professional development.
- Injury and return to work management; and
- Participate in HR specific projects.
- A pro-active approach to your role;
- An adaptable and resilient personality;
- Strong sense of ownership and drive to achieve goals;
- A desire to upskill and develop skillsets across a broad range of functions;
- An ability to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels;
- High attention to detail and pride in work; and
- A desire to understand day to day operations and objectives.
- Tertiary HR Qualification (or equivalent);
- Experience in a similar role;
- Ability to competently use Microsoft Office; and
- Experience with a HRIS system (highly regarded).

Pre-Employment
