Are you ready to lead a passionate team in a small Centre?

Developing Dreams Early Learning Woongarrah is seeking an experienced Director to join this privately owned and reputable service.

Open 8:00am-4:00pm 50 weeks a year, this CCS approved, Exceeding Rated Service caters for 29 two to five year old children per day. The committed staff are integral in creating a culture of child safety, belonging and purpose.

With company values of Relationships, Wellbeing & Growth, we're searching for an experienced Nominated Supervisor who thrives in connection with others: children, families, colleagues and community.

You will have a sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework, Family Assistance Law, application of policies and an excellent team focus. You will have attention to detail and a care for presentation such as learning spaces, documentation, communication and body language.

Desirable:

  • At least two years experience as a Centre Director/Nominated Supervisor
  • Experience with OWNA
  • Passion for compliance, health & safety
  • Efficient record keeping and time management skills
  • Emotional resilience
  • Awareness of personal strengths and areas to develop
  • Ability to welcome and accept feedback

You'll be part of a company that operates two local 8:00am-4:00pm CCS approved services. Your sister-service was named NSW Best Small Private Centre in 2019 and 2022 and your centre has been awarded an Exceeding Rating twice in four years: we believe in quality care and education.
