**The Role**
- Develop the curriculum within the service and drive towards continuous improvement
- Guide and mentor a team of educators
- Build strong relationships with the families and community
- Work collaboratively with staff to educate children and extend their learning

- Diploma or Bachelors of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

Opening its doors to 110 children within the local community, the service creates a holistic environment for children aged 0-5. Using a mixture of play based learning and intentional teaching techniques, you will be responsible for collaborating with educators to bring fresh ideas to the service and create stimulating learning experiences for little ones. Working alongside an experienced centre director, you will be supported to go above and beyond for families and nurturing relationships formed with community members.
