Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Canberra for a Service Desk Manager. The Service Desk Manager will oversee the daily operations of the service desk, ensuring efficient and effective technical support for our clients. Responsibilities include managing the service desk team, handling escalated issues, developing and implementing IT service management processes, and ensuring timely resolution of help desk support requests. The role requires maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and continuously improving service delivery.
