Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Orthopaedics and Surgical Regional Sales Manager located in Melbourne, Victoria. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales within the orthopaedics and surgical sectors, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to offer the best possible product solutions. Day-to-day tasks include strategizing sales plans, managing customer inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills
  • Expertise in the Orthopaedics and Surgical device sector
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Management abilities
  • Experience in Product Demonstrations and Customer Support
  • Strategic Planning and Analytical skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Melbourne, Victoria
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record in sales management and achieving sales targets
