Your New Role:

As the Logistics Coordinator, you'll collaborate across all business departments, with customers, and external stakeholders to keep our warehouse operations running seamlessly. Your role will be essential in ensuring efficiency and accuracy, making you a key contributor to our team's success.

Your Work will include:

  • Controlling physical flows of the inventory (purchased and manufactured items): Receipt, putaway, storage, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management, and materials handling.
  • Organising rental equipment availability on a daily basis
  • Completing all pre- and post-rental procedures
  • Ensuring the rental contract paperwork is accurately completed
  • Conducting regular cycle counts of both rental and sale inventory.
  • Maintaining warehouse and yard integrity
  • Ensuring all WHS policies and procedures are adhered to.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of warehouse best practises.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage priorities.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Forklift licence.
  • Drivers licence.
  • Have a professional, positive attitude and take pride in your work.
  • Strong OHS commitment.
  • Australian citizen, Permanent resident, NZ national or hold a valid visa with full rights to work in Australia.
