The Role

We are seeking experienced BHP Electrical Supervisors to join our team for upcoming projects in the Pilbara region. This role is suited to supervisors with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in mining and heavy industrial environments.

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor site-based electrical teams.
  • Ensure compliance with AS3000, WAER, and site-specific standards.
  • Oversee installation activities.
  • Manage safe systems of work, including permits, JHAs, and risk assessments.
  • Liaise with clients, engineers, and other contractors to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

About You

Essential Requirements:

  • WA Electrical Licence.
  • Australian Drivers Licence
  • Trade Certificate
  • Construction Induction Training (White Card)
  • LVR/CPR
  • Provide First Aid
  • Working at Heights
  • BSBWHS411 - Implement & Monitor WHS Policies, Procedures and Programs
  • BSBWHS414 - Contribute to WHS Risk Management
  • RIIBEFG402D - Supervise On-site Operations
  • Electrical Incident Investigation
  • WAIO Safe Work on Low Voltage
  • WAIO Arc Flash Hazard & PPE
  • Basic Fire
  • High Risk Work Licence (WP)
  • Previous experience supervising electrical teams in mining or industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian electrical standards (AS3000, AS3017, WAER).
  • Leadership and communication skills with a focus on safety and productivity.
