Our groundbreaking flagship Social Wellness Club is set to open in May 2025, and will feature an 'all day concept' with a full state-of-the-art gym, group exercise classes, reformer pilates, cold plunge, sauna and spa. It will also feature the latest innovation and services, including recovery zones, sound bath, business lounge, co-working spaces, health food café, personal trainers, instructors, nutritionists and other health professionals.

All about the role:

At 'Lift Club', we're not just about lifting weights; we're about lifting spirits, confidence, and results. Squat, press, pull and deadlift your way to a noticeably stronger body, focusing mainly on barbell compound movements and short, sharp conditioning work.

In a nutshell:

  • You'll welcome members and help them find whatever they need or whatever they're looking for
  • You'll deliver immersive pre-programmed group exercise classes for up to 24 members at a time
  • You'll create thumping tunes to motivate and inspire members during the class
  • You'll embrace feedback and suggestions to improve your program delivery
  • You'll keep the gym floor safe, considering temperature, equipment and max occupancy
  • You'll advocate safety and ensure an overall safe environment for our members and team members
  • You'll attend paid team meetings and contribute to a supportive team culture
  • You'll be empowered to build a culture where the community become raving fans
All about you:
  • You have your Cert III and Cert IV in fitness
  • You have, or are willing to obtain, your First Aid Certificate
  • You have 5 years of strength and conditioning experience. A for you
  • You're authentic. You love weight training in your own time and are passionate about inspiring members to experience physical, mental and emotional breakthrough moments in class
  • You're a natural on the podium and love leading group exercise classes
  • You're comfortable connecting with members and thrive on building true community
  • You're self-assured. You listen intently. You speak eloquently. You can explain just about anything to anyone and you're comfortable communicating at all levels
  • You have a can-do approach. You think on your feet. You're cool with ambiguity, and you roll with the punches when things change
  • You're motivated to continually improve. Whatever a member needs, whatever a member is looking for, you help them find it
