**ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER**

BONDI, NSW

This role requires you to support the boutique manager with coaching and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional customer service, sales and KPI results. As a passionate brand ambassador, you will uphold immaculate Visual Merchandising and team presentation standards, whilst assisting the boutique manager with coaching and developing a team of service experts.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Previous leadership experience
- Proven ability in consistently driving and achieving top line sales
- A charismatic leader with a focus on team culture
- Passionate about things Tigerlily
- Incredible customer service and selling skills
- Professional written and oral communication skills
- Hands-on experience from the stock room to the shop floor

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Assisting the boutique manager to ensure all team members deliver individual sales and KPI performance above company benchmark by driving exceptional customer service.
- Review sales and KPIs on a daily basis to provide targeted strategies.
- Assist the boutique manager in providing targeted coaching and feedback to drive team performance in sales, operations and customer service.
- Assist with motivating and inspiring the team, providing recognition of high performance and monitoring team morale.
