Event Logistics Contractor – Mobile Cart Setup

Responsibilities:

  • Transport, load, and unload mobile carts and equipment.
  • Assist with setup and pack-down ("bump-in" and "bump-out") at event sites.
  • Ensure all items are safely secured and handled.
  • Work closely with service attendants and supervisors on-site.
  • Maintain professionalism and follow direction during event operations.

Requirements:

  • Own van or suitable vehicle for equipment transport.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items (physical stamina required).
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Event setup or logistics experience is a plus.
  • Flexible availability — evenings, weekends, and some early mornings.
  • Must be able to travel across the Metro/Greater Sydney area.
Food & Drink Service Attendant

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and serve from mobile carts (e.g. snacks, drinks, or specialty items).
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service during events.
  • Assist with setup, restocking, and pack-down.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth event flow.
Requirements
  • Food Handling Certificate or relevant experience.
  • Experience in hospitality, bar service, or event catering is highly regarded.
  • Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate preferred.
  • Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanour.
  • Reliable and punctual with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
