About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Leading Hand to facilitate residential front garden installations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Working closely within a dynamic team, you will play a key role in driving consistency and excellence, delivering outstanding results that exceed client and homeowner expectations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Motivate and work within a team environment.
• Plan and organise project material.
• Ability to make work programs & deadlines.
• Install front garden packages in residential estates across the Perth metro area including reticulation installation, planting, mulch, stone, steppers, and edging.
• Maintain clear communication with staff, supervisors, and management.

Skills & Experience

The Successful Applicant will have the following skills:

• Landscape construction experience in both hardscape and softscape.
• Specialist horticultural skills & experience an advantage.
• Irrigation experience.
• Keen eye for finishing and detail.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to make decisions.
• Knowledge of Landscape machinery.
• Current driver's license (MR preferred).
• Any relevant qualifications or certification an advantage.
• Interpret and work from landscape construction plans.
• Outgoing and engaging personality.
• White Card (essential).
