Key Responsibilities:

This is a 
performance-driven contract
 requiring discipline, consistency, and dedication to our established business framework.

• Direct Marketing & Distribution:
   Engage in the direct marketing and distribution of our online Leadership and lifestyle mindset products, leveraging our established global platform.
• System Implementation:
   Diligently follow a proprietary 
  3-step business system
   (analogous to executing a project plan) using a laptop and phone.
• Time Commitment:
   Minimum of 
  3 hours per day, 5 days per week
   to successfully manage contract fulfillment and direct sales operations.
• Training & Community:
   Attend and actively participate in a minimum of 
  3 global Zoom streams/business calls per week
   for world-class training and operational support.
• Leadership Development:
   
  Build, empower, and mentor
   a network of motivated sub-distributors, guiding them toward achieving their own performance goals in direct sales. Lead by example by consistently implementing online training and effectively mentoring your growing distribution team.
• Autonomy:
   Enjoy 
  complete control
   over your operational schedule and work environment—run your distributorship from anywhere with a laptop and phone.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
   Minimum 
  3 years of professional experience
   in a role requiring 
  high-level organizational, management, or executive skills
   (e.g., Project Manager, Event Director, Executive Assistant, Team Leader).
• Passion:
   A verifiable, demonstrable passion for 
  Leadership and lifestyle mindset growth
  .
• Communication:
   High-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Commercial Acumen:
   Clear understanding of the requirements and compliance for establishing and managing a professional contract entity or sole proprietorship for tax purposes in your state/country of residence.
