The Opportunity

Due to major ongoing security contracts and partnerships, we are growing and seeking Security Service Technicians to join our Service Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to:

  • Deliver solutions to leading clients across South Australia.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Service, maintain, troubleshoot, fault-find, program, and commission security systems (alarms, access control, CCTV, IP surveillance, NVRs, network hardware).
  • Install system replacements and additions, including cabling, conduits, device fit-off, and programming.
  • Commission systems and test connections to our 24/7 monitoring centre.
  • Engage directly with clients, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
  • Undertake some regional work (with Living Away from Home Allowance provided).

What You Bring

We're looking for someone with:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Training or certifications on systems such as Hills Reliance, Interlogix Tecom, or Inner Range Integriti (desirable).
  • Strong technical and IT/networking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and a strong safety/quality mindset.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and undertake new training.

Essential Licences

  • South Australian Driver's Licence
  • South Australian Security Licence
  • ACMA Open Cabling Registration Licence
  • White Card
