Our client is a growing and dynamic Accounting Firm seeking an experienced Client Services Officer/ Junior Administrator to join their friendly Financial Planning team. Joining this firm will mean you will be working for a company that really values their employees which is shown through the level of commitment to supporting the career goals of their team and encouraging a work/life balance.

Key responsibilities of the position are:

  • Management of client database using XPlan;
  • Document and files management
  • Assisting in setting up datafeeds to XPlan
  • Managing mailout to clients
  • Arrange client meetings.
  • General administration duties, including photocopying, scanning, and binding
  • Assisting the team with new projects
  • Assisting with the preparation of information for SoA
  • Action Share Trades
  • Liase with financial institution

Skill requirements for this position are:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • Experience in using XPlan will be highly regarded but not essential
  • Experience working for an accounting or financial planning firm will be amazing but not required
  • Excellent phone manner;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Great attitude and interest in financial planning
