We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to support our Project and Development Managers across procurement, tenders, and contract management. This role offers excellent exposure to diverse projects and the opportunity to grow your career with a trusted national business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project and Development Managers with pre-construction planning, budgeting, and programming
  • Prepare tenders, review design consultant and contractor pricing, and run tender interviews
  • Manage procurement processes including RFIs, RFQs, contracts, POs, and invoicing through to project close-out
  • Negotiate contract terms, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with budgets and scope
  • Liaise with subcontractors to maintain current insurances and compliance records
  • Review, approve, and administer contractor invoices and variations
  • Contribute to dispute resolution with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Provide effective and timely administrative support to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to budget

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within the building and construction industry
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management (desirable)
  • Prior experience as an estimator is highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of WHS and NCC provisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Job Pac (or equivalent), Procore (or equivalent), and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility to travel interstate as required
