We're partnering with a
well-known construction company in Brisbane
to find an experienced
Contract Administrator
to support the delivery of a major project.

This is a great opportunity to join a respected name in the industry, working on exciting projects with a collaborative and professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts from pre-award through to close-out, ensuring compliance and performance
  • Support the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts
  • Assist with procurement processes and tender evaluations
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and variations
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors to ensure contract clarity and issue resolution
  • Maintain contract registers and accurate documentation
  • Provide regular reports on contract status and risks

About You:

  • Proven experience in a Contract Administrator role, ideally within construction or infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of contract law and procurement procedures
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems (e.g., Jobpac, Cheops, SAP, or similar)
  • Relevant qualifications in Business, Construction Management, Law, or related field preferred
